These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Playsoon web application ("SaaS", "app").

1. Service Description

Playsoon allows users to discover movies and TV shows, track release dates, and export ICS calendar feeds.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by law).
• A valid email address and username are required.

3. Account Registration

• All accounts are managed via Clerk.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. User Conduct

• Do not impersonate others or use offensive/infringing usernames.
• Do not attempt to abuse or reverse-engineer the app or its APIs.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• All payments are handled by Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds follow Stripe's refund policy.

6. Calendar and API Data Disclaimer

• Release data is provided by TMDB and TVmaze.
• We are not liable for inaccuracies or delays in third-party data.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming, United States.
